Agboola Joshua, a young Nigerian programmer and certified Cloud practitioner endorsed by Amazon Web Services (AWS), has been honored with the prestigious Tech Entrepreneur of the Year award by Tech Unite Africa (TUA). Joshua, widely recognized as the world’s youngest programmer certified as an AWS Solutions Architect and AWS Developer Associate, received the accolade in recognition of his exceptional talent and innovative contributions to the tech industry.
The announcement was made in a letter obtained by TRIBUNE ONLINE on Sunday. The Tech Innovation Recognition & Award event, organized in collaboration with the Nigerian American Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled to take place on March 27, 2024, at the museum convention center in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
The letter expressed admiration for Joshua’s ingenious mindset, dedication, and remarkable accomplishments in the tech space. This is not the first time Agboola Joshua has been recognized for his achievements. In the previous year, he was among three talented Nigerian teenagers who received the Early Achievers Award during the closing ceremony of the 2023 National Children Leadership Conference. The conference, organized by the Children of Africa Leadership and Values Development Initiative (CALDEV), commenced on November 17, 2023. The event honored young individuals who had achieved exceptional feats in their respective pursuits.
