The multi-faceted nature of this dynamic young man has made his life an interesting and spring success story, he has been deploying all his God-given endowments and virtues to lift the society thereby bringing smiles to the faces of many people he met in the course of his life’s journey – he is one rare specie who had worked his way to the top through loyalties ,personal commitments and efforts geared towards achieving greatness.
A man of destiny and certainly a great achiever, his resourcefulness had propelled him to the public domain where his leadership qualities have been widely acknowledged.
A unique gem of immeasurable value, Hon Gabriel Babatunde Kolawole had from childhood manifested a rare passion of impacting positively on the lives of the people around him and this must have played a part in his choice of career. Towards achieving his set vision and goals, he empowered himself with sound education with which to combat future challenges in his chosen Endeavour.
Hon. Babatunde Gabriel Kolawole was born in 1976. He is an indigene of Oka Akoko in Akoko South East LG area of Akoko South West/Akoko South East Federal Constituency of Ondo State.
The young kola had displayed readiness for the best of all in spite of unfavorable challenges right from his early age.
He attended Community Grammar School Ifira Akoko, Ondo State where he obtained his West Africa School Certificate in 1993. He proceeded to the University of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State For his first degree where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in 2000. In 2010, he went further to obtain a Masters in Business Administration from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, Ondo State.
It is not surprising that he became an instant success in the public service having undergone an intensive training and tutelage under notable politicians of note. His innate desire to serve his people and propensity for community development propelled him to leave his initial work and moved on to politics.
Hon Kolawole was a legislative aide to Distinguished senator Ajayi Borroffice representing Ondo South in the upper chamber of the national Assembly during his first term and discharged his duties efficiently.. His exemplary passion for service informed the decision by the people of his constituency and his Boss to beg him to represent them in the house of representatives. As a personal Assistant,
He brought to bear on his new office culture of high performance through his numerous initiatives and projects targeted at making life more meaningful to the people of his constituency. This versatile man was instrumental to many community – related programmes and impartful Initiatives implemented by the Distinguished senator. . As one of the coordinators, he anchored gathering of information across various communities in the district and subsequent implementation of over 40 community projects across the senatorial district.
Towards effective delivery of his assignment he coordinated the capacity building of many young graduates for empowerment.

1. Hon. Kolawole Babatunde purchased six cars worth over six million and seven hundred thousand naira, only (₦6.7 Million), to some All Progressive Congress (APC) members in Akoko South West Local Government Area of Ondo State within two months on his assumption of office.
2. Hon. Kolawole Babatunde executed the following physical projects in Akoko South West Local Government of Ondo State within his first year in office. The projects are;
Construction of Ayepe Iwaro Oka Community Market – ₦1,050,000.00 (one million and fifty thousand naira) only;
Amaechi Bus stop (Iworin Oka-Akoko) – ₦110,000.00 (one hundred and ten thousand naira) only;
Reconstruction of fence/renovation of Road Safety office at Ibaka Oka-Akoko – ₦850,000.00 (eight hundred and fifty thousand naira), only;
Construction of Oroke High School Culvert at Akungba-Akoko – ₦450,000.00 (four hundred and fifty thousand naira) only;
Repair of Public Bore Hole at Agbowuro, Akunmi Quarter, Akungba-Akoko – ₦100,000.00.
3. Hon. Kolawole Babatunde has expended over three million, seven hundred and twenty thousand naira (₦3,720,000.00) only, for his support staff on monthly payroll for the past one year.
4. Hon. Kolawole Babatunde has distributed over eight million, four hundred and seventy-thousand naira, only (₦8,470,000.00) as special grants for the APC members in Akoko South West Local Government of Ondo State in his first year in office.
5. The sum of (₦390,000.00) three hundred and ninety thousand naira, only was distributed by Hon. Kolawole Babatunde as special grants for Akoko South West Local Government APC Ward Chairmen, within first year in office.
6. Hon. Kolawole Babatunde donated over ₦840,000.00 (eight hundred and forty thousand naira, only for (2015) Towns’ Day celebration in Akoko South West Local Government of Ondo State.
7. Hon. Kolawole Babatunde has distributed over ₦2,382,000.00 (two million, three hundred and eighty-two thousand naira), only as Special Grants for Akoko South East Local Government APC members within his first year in office.
8. WELFARE PACKAGE FOR THE AGED AND MARKET WOMEN
Hon. Kolawole Babatunde in his usual act of charismatic gesture gave the sum of ₦350,000.00 (three hundred and fifty thousand naira) only, as Welfare Package for the Aged and Market Women in Iwaro Oka-Akoko South West Local Government of Ondo State.
9. YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME
Over forty (40) Youths in Akoko South East and West Federal Constituency benefited from the Empowerment/ Training of Youths on Livestock Production and Provision Starter Port, courtesy of Hon. Kolawole Babatunde in Collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment.
10. Hon. Kolawole Babatunde purchased and distributed two exotic cars worth over ₦2,850,000.00 (two million, eight hundred and fifty thousand naira), only for some APC party loyalists in Akoko south East Local Government of Ondo State.
11. Hon. Kolawole Babatunde has committed over ₦200,000.00 (two hundred thousand naira), only for the Small Scale Business Empowerment Programme for the women in Akoko South East Local Government.

The sum of ₦30,000.00 (thirty thousand naira) only, has been earmarked as monthly stipends by Hon. Kolawole Babatunde for the maintenance of Akoko South East and Akoko South West Federal Constituency Women Leaders’ two cars, donated by him.
15. DISTRIBUTION OF OVER 1000 EXERCISE BOOKS AND COPIES OF WAEC/NECO COMPENDIUM OF PAST QUESTIONS
In his desire for better and qualitative education, Hon. Kolawole Babatunde has distributed over 1,000 Exercise Books to all the Public Primary and Secondary Schools in Akoko South East and Akoko South West Federal Constituency. In addition, he equally distributed over 500 copies of Compendium of Past Questions in Mathematics and over 500 copies of Compendium of Past Questions in English Language, covering the syllabi of both WAEC/NECO Exams for Senior Secondary Schools (SS 3) students, in preparation for the 2015 May/June SSCE/NECO Examinations.
16. RAMADAN FAST (2015)
In his love for religious activities and coupled with his unbiased attitude towards religious practices, Hon. Kolawole Babatunde bought some food items and provisions worth over ₦751,000.00 (seven hundred and fifty one thousand naira), only for the Muslim faithful in Akoko South East and West Federal constituency, during the 2015 Ramadan fast period.
17. 2015 XMAS AND NEW YEAR FESTIVE PERIOD
During the 2015 Christmas and New Year festive period, Hon. Kolawole Babatunde purchased and distributed 100 bags of Rice worth ₦1,020,000.00(one million and twenty thousand naira), only to all the 26 Wards in Akoko South East and West Federal constituency.
18. 2015 EPOCH ANNIVERSARY (IDAGBASOKE) IFIRA AKOKO
Hon. Kolawole Babatunde did not hide his feelings and indeed associated with his people in his home Town, Ifira – Akoko during the 2015 epoch making (Idagbasoke), anniversary by committing over ₦482,000.00(four hundred and eighty two thousand naira), only being financial assistance rendered to individuals, particularly the less privileged in order to augment for the little they have.
19. RECONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION OF IFIRA AKOKO GENERAL MARKET
As part of his campaign promises, the political juggernaut, Hon. Kolawole Babatunde, in his determination to reconstruct and renovate the dilapidated Ifira – Akoko General Market has, therefore, committed over ₦5million (five million) for the reconstruction and renovation of Ifira – Akoko General Market. The Ifira-Akoko General Market has since been commissioned and wears a new look befitting of a Morden Market.
20. RAMADAN FAST (2016)
In his usual manner, Hon. Kolawole Babatunde swung into action immediately the Moon was cited by the Muslim faithful which heralded the commencement of 2016 Ramadan Fast; by purchasing and distributing bags of beans worth over ₦440,000.00 (four hundred and forty thousand naira), only for the Muslims in Akoko South East and West Federal Constituency.
JUST LAST MONTH DURING THE RAMADAN FASTING.
Hon. Kolawole Gabriel Babatunde aka , The Amaechi of Ondo State Shared the sum of #1.3million to the 26 Wards of his Federal Constituency Akoko South East and South West Fed. Const.
