The young and dynamic Tobi hails from Ode Irele in Irele local Government area of Ondo state to the respected family of Engr. Chief and Mrs Akinduntire Joseph Akinbiola (aka Baba Jossy).
Hon Nicholas had his primary education at methodist primary school Ode-Irele in the year 1975-1981. He proceeded to the prestigious Oyenusi Memorial Grammar School Ode-Irele for his Secondary Education from 1982-1986. Hon. Nicholas was a product of Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo now (Rufus Giwa Polytechnic) where he bagged National and Higher National Diploma (ND/HND) in Business Administration with special bias in financial management between management between 1991-1995.
In further search for knowledge sound footing education, Hon Nicholas was at Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko for his post graduate Diploma in financial Management in the year 2000 where he bagged PGD in financial Management
Hon Akinbiola Nicholas served the nation as a youth as a youth copper (NYSC) with Idemili South Local Government Ojoto in Anambra State in 1997. For his positive disposition and sociality, he was made the corps liaison officer (CLO) for the year.
After the completion of his NYSC , Hon Nicholas had a brief romance with BSB, Bakery in Akure before he was engaged with petroleum marketing company in NNPC Ore Depot in 1999, between 1999-2004, Hon Nicholas served as senior as senior depot representative with many companies namely Mulesuko Petroleum Nig. Ltd, LSD petroleum Nig. Ltd, FAALEX and Gomitan Petroleum Nig. Ltd, as a good ambassador of the aforementioned companies, Hon Nicholas was considered as depot coordinator representing IPMAN/ IMB at satellite depot Apata in ibadan, oyo state.
Hon Nicholas started his political career in the year 2003 when he was called to contest the post of councillor for his word at Ode-Irele under the platform of Alliance for Democracy (AD)
Though he lost the election in a controversial circumstance, Hon Nicholas never gave up to what we knew best to do for his people for his political sagacity, intellectual, acumen, perseverance, patience, respect for both young and old, sociality, brilliance, loyalty, security and aggregation towards the development of his community Hon. Nicholas was promoted, decorated and honoured by his Excellency Gov. Olusegun Mimiko Abayomi as a caretaker of Irele Local Government on 29th August 2011.
For his unquantifiable achievement as caretaker chairman of irele Local Government, he is popularly hailed by well-wishers as Odundun Asodero besides, He has received numerous awards for his leadership qualities namely:
*National Award for excellence in leadership as Nigeria overall best performers Local Government Chairman 2011 by grassroots of leadership centre Abuja under the leadership of Prof. Wole Adebayo.
*Merit award for being a humble and illustrious Christian Local Government Chairman Association of Nigeria (CAN).
*Merit award for being a Philanthropist and visionary leader from Golden Circle Ore.
*Merit award for been Irele Government Grassroots supporter of the year 2011 by Ikale voice magazine and many others. He display a rare level of humility in all sense and relate with his people and belong to several social gatherings like

*Chairman of men’s fellowship of Apostolic Foundation Gospel Church, Ore
*Member of IPMAN & IMB Ore, depot, he is a presently the caretaker Chairman of IPMAN of Ore Depot.
