The official commissioning of the new office complex of Gajjoak Nigeria Limited was performed today by the Former Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General in Ondo State, Hon. Barr. Aderemi Olatubora.
Gajjoak Nigeria Limited is a real estate, construction and consultancy company in Akure, Ondo State.
The new Gajjoak Nigeria Ltd’s Head office is an Estate customer centric ultramodern edifice with a tower sitting on a ground and level grounds and covers a 4,000 square metre area.
The former Attorney General in Ondo State and commissioner for Justice, Hon. Remi Olatubora commissioned the edifice and called on the private and public sectors to patronize this integrity personified company for their contract, buildings and other Estate related issues, which he, the Commissioner can recommend anytime, anyday.
Different speakers at the occasion gave encomium and goodwill speeches at the event!!!
A high level Civil Servant at the Ministry of Education, Mr Oloyede Akinbuwa , said the building underscored the Estate ’s mission to be a world class Pan African company to serve the world and serve as a testament to the company’s commitment in providing best services to clients in a convenient, reliable and accessible manner.
Earlier in the welcome speech of the MD and CEO of the company, Mr Gbenga Akinseye said the company which started operations in some years ago as a merchant Esatate company from a rented lands , had now become a reference owner with high capacity professionalism, dedicated Staff and integrity core values working to have with branches in eight regions of the country.
He said, the official commissioning of the company marks it’s Ist official day and that before the launch of company , it had been able to reach more than 8,000 customers in less than one year, who conveniently transact their building business outside the branch set-up. Mr Akinseye said: “Our achievements also reaffirms the selflessness of our hardworking staff members as well as the support and confidence of our valued clients and stakeholders.”
Other speakers like the representatives of his Family, his Elder brother who also double as his father, Mr Patrick Akinseye said the building symbolised the commitment and dedication of shareholders, staff, regulators and other stakeholders, and that, it should inspire hope in people around Ondo State and Nigeria as a whole to patronize this integrity and ever committed company that is devoid of blemishes. He admolish the staff and other stakeholders to continue in their commitment for excellence, that “together, we can make the Company proud”.
The Publisher of the Hero Magazine INTL was also there to celebrate with this ever hardworking young Man, he said the company’s has relentlessly pursued its dual objective of being a world class pan African Esatate and contributing to the economic development as well as financial integration of the State .
