The Ondo State capital city, Akure stood still on 11th August ,2018 for the superlative wedding of Vintage Omowunmi Olatunji and her beau, Barr.Tive OHWOVORIOLE
The ceremony was held at OSDPC MULTIPURPOSE event centre, Ijapo Akure, Ondo State, with the colourful reception also at the same venue where guests and well wishers were hosted to a lavish reception
It was a happy day for the commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development in Ondo state, Princess Hon Omowunmi Olatunji as she gives marriage a second chance as she say “I do” to her UK based beau, Mr. Ohwovoriole Tive.
The first stage of the marriage took place at FESTAC town Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area of Lagos State and was witnessed by few family members and friends in a simple but classic court marriage.
The second phase of the wedding, the traditional\engagement ceremony took place in Akure, Ondo state capital on Saturday 11th August 2018 between the families of Pa Samuel Olatunji Eddo of Akure South local government area and families of Prince Daniel Ojite Ohwovoriole of Ugbeli South Local government area of Delta State.
The event at the Bride’s father compound at No 15, Oke Emesho Street, Akure, was a colouful one while the reception took place at the OSDPC Multipurpose Event Centre, first gate Ijapo Estate, Akure Ondo State 4 days to her 45th birthday.
The awesome wedding ceremony was attended by high profile personalities ,home and abroad which includes, Government presence from Ondo state , Lagos State and the state of Osun, political leaders, captains of industries and traditional rulers, friends and well wishers.
It was indeed a gathering of crème de la crème of highly placed people in the society; top government functionaries, captains of industries, political bigwigs cutting across all the political parties in Nigeria including traditional rulers as being captured by the Hero lens (check pictures overleaf).
The chairman of the of the occasion congratulated the couple explaining that the family is the basic block that builds good and progressive nations. He therefore urged the newly wed to practice the unconditional type of love, agape. He said he has know the groom now for couple of years and he has been a wonderful man.
The couple were looking radiant in their attire. The cutting of the cake was done. The Couple and the entire families appreciated all well-wishers that were present at the wedding occasion and they prayed God to continually increase them and things of joy never to seized in their various homes.
The bride and Groom’s family appreciated the presence of all the guests and prayed God to bless them.
The couple in their own words appreciated God and described their solemnization as amazing and wonderful. They both also appreciated the guests and prayed God to continually increase them. The husband, Describe his wife as a perfect woman in which every man should pray to have. That since he met her , it has been from one glory to the other. The bride, Vintage Wunmi described her husband as unique and God fearing man , while the groom, Mr Mathew Tiv described his wife as an amazing, well grounded, well brought up and the love of his life, adding that he felt on top of the world marrying the dream of his life and that is why he is doing this official wedding despite,,,,,.
The mother of the family were happy to a high spirit for witnessing the occasion on earth. They prayed to God to continue to be with them and bless them as they return live as husband and wife.
The couple had a glorious and a befitting wedding ceremony and they were excited to be together.
