Mrs Morenike Moyinwola Alaka is the Chairman of Okitipupa local government . she is an amiable and ever focused daughter of Okitipupa local government of Ondo state who has enacted good legacy in her field of practice.
She had from birth shown building traits of greatness which the passage of time only confirm it’s manifestation to the world.
She is a woman of several parts. As a mater of fact, her resourcefulness has propelled her to the top where her astute leadership qualities have come to public knowledge.
Her great weapon is her reputation as a woman of integrity and purpose.
Mrs Morenike Moyinwola is a woman of substance and a vibrant woman who believes in accountability. There is a say that says “no woman, no Nation”. This has always being her call that women must be part of the political system.
The Chairman is a woman with orator prowess.
She was born into the prestigious family of Senator and Mrs Michael Onukun
She Started her Educational background in Okitipupa where she begins her primary School. She later went for higher education at polytechnic, Ibadan and passed out in flying colours . Mrs Morenike Alaka later further her Educational career at the University of Ibadan where she studied LANGUAGE AND ARTS EDUCATION.
Mrs Morenike Moyinwola has Professional master in social work in the University of Lagos. She has Academic Masters in community development and social work.
As an undergraduate, she was a student Union leader.
She was a member of Students Representative Council in 1984/1985 section in the University of Ibadan. In 1984/1986, she won an election as the hall Chairman. She was a member of disciplinary Committee Chaired by the Vice Chancellor
She was a Treasurer of Ikale Students Union, a Financial Secretory of same Ikale Students Union.
She is the founder of an N.G.O “Gender equality and development Initiatives” which was registered about 15 years ago in which Mama Adefarati was one of the board of trustees member.
She currently running her Ph.D at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye in Ogun State. She’s married and her marriage is blessed with wonderful children.
