OSAWA Life Member, Prince Kehinde Adekanmi Dolls Out Cash to Ondo South Tertiary Students in Support of their Transport Back to School

Member of the Advisory Council of Ondo South Advancement and Welfare Consultative Association (OSAWA), Renowned entrepreneur and philanthropist, Prince Kehinde Adekanmi, also known as Kenny Kunma, has generously provided palliatives to tertiary institution students in Ondo South to aid their transportation back to school.

Prince Adekanmi is the son of prominent and respected High Chief A.O Adekanmi, the Lisa of Idepe-Okitipupa Kingdom. He is well known for his philanthropic gestures that include sponsorships and support for education, sports, social and corporate events, as well as special interventions on health. His humane disposition and patriotic inclination encompass community development programs such as bursary & scholarship as well as other Social Responsibilities.

In a statement by Prince Adekanmi about his decision to reach out to the students, he said it was premised on his observation of economic hardships faced by people which will adversely affect their financial power, hence making it difficult for them to raise funds needed for transportation back to school.

He stated: “I know things are very tough on everyone at the moment. To ease the burden of our students and parents, I seek the privilege to distribute the sum of five thousand naira(₦5,000) to 50 current students of tertiary institutions, as back-to-school transport support. The beneficiaries should be students of Ondo South origin.”

“I expect that each beneficiary should submit a picture of their current student ID card alongside their bank details. The name on the ID card should tally with each beneficiary’s bank details as well as other information to prove active enrollment.”

Prince Kehinde Adekanmi assured that he remains resolved continuously towards assisting the most vulnerable and needy in our communities.
