Ondo State based Muyiwa Daramola Foundation says it is collaborating with BEMORE Empowered Foundation to equip Nigerian youths with the skills needed for today’s workforce.
A statement said the Muyiwa Daramola Foundation would leverage its empowerment grant along with the result oriented BEMORE Empowered Foundation yearly boot camp of the Wife of Ondo State Governor, Chief Betty Anyanwu Akerodolu in Ondo State.
It stated that the BEMORE Empowered Foundation skill development programme is aimed to accelerate Nigeria’s literacy and empower youths by developing their skills, technology and innovation.
The Chief Executive Officer, Muyiwa Darmola Foundation, Dr. Muyiwa Daramola who spoke in a telephone chat with our correspondent stated that the Foundation, being a trusted non – governmental organization means going beyond the empowerment it offers.
“At the Daramola Foundation, being a trusted non – governmental organization means going beyond the empowerment we offer. We work with key institutions to address the social impact of digital technology, leveraging our empowerment grants with platforms such as BEMORE Empowered Foundation,”
“Our dream is to have a workforce that is tomorrow – ready. And the digital revolution introduced by BEMORE programmes will increase digital growth revolutions across Nigeria and these could be more than double in the next two years,” He said.
According to the grassroots Muyiwa Daramola Foundation would sponsor 10 girls from Okitipupa and Irele local government areas of Ondo State to participate in the September 2021.
The empowerment grant recipients would learn the skills to help them advance in life, such as innovation and business management, it added.
Meanwhile, the Wife of Ondo state governor, Chief Betty Anyanwu – Akeredolu, has described BEMORE girls as barriers breakers and problem solvers.
